Oil Paintings!
My oil painting started early in life I would watch Bill Alexander on PBS TV, and remember wanting to try to paint that way the wet on wet technique. So for my birthday my father gave me my first oil painting set a Bill Alexander wet on wet starter set. I took to it like a fish to water; I started painting and let’s just say my first attempts were just that attempts. With a lot of trial and error aka practice I soon gained experience and started to learn the proper skills to paint in this style. I was taking my art with my father to pow-wows and started selling some works. I would give demonstrations in school and on two TV shows. I soon had a few collectors purchasing my works and I knew my father was proud of me that was the greatest feeling of all.
